Paul M. Horntrich is university assistant at the Department for Economic and Social History at the University of Vienna, Austria.

He is a historian of sexuality with a focus on the German-speaking area in the 20th century. In his PhD project, he investigates political debates and media discussion on pornography in Austria during the Long Sexual Revolution, from the 1950s to the 1980s.
